Specific features of the project:

Novruz floating hotel located at D island under Kashagan Offshore Project. Special issues to consider were remoteness from the supply centers and complicated logistics. Vessels from Bautino Offshore Operations Support Base were used for supply. During winter period, the supply was by ice ships due to ice formation.
